Crema balsamic organic

The taste of balsamic cream resembles balsamic vinegar, but is a lot sweeter and more viscous in structure. We make it from grape must and 20% balsamic vinegar. To thicken it a little we use corn starch. A super tasty seasoning in a handy squeeze bottle. What do you use it for? You can do all kinds of things with it. Replace the pomegranate juice in muhammara (Syrian spread) with this crema, caramelize onions with it or give your salad, roasted vegetables or snacks a nice layer of flavor.

Balsamic syrup is also great for decorating a plate.

We make this slightly syrupy dressing from grape must and balsamic vinegar. The taste is rich, sweet and intense. Adds a lot of flavor to salads, spreads or grilled vegetables. An organic pearl!

Usage
