Terrasana Kuzu white eco
Kuzu is a vegetable-based, effective binder made from the starch of the kuzu plant. It is widely used in Japan for soups, sauces and (hot) desserts. The great thing about kuzu is that it does not affect the taste of a dish. Unlike cornstarch, kuzu can also be used in acidic dishes. Moreover, it is gluten-free and vegan! White kuzu is washed and filtered, making the taste neutral and the binding strength slightly more powerful than gray kuzu.
Also available: kuzu white.
