By hand: 1) mix 500 g flour + 8 grams salt + 25 grams Priméal Sourdough Spelt Organic (2 heaping tablespoons) + about 350 ml lukewarm water (about 28°). 2) Knead for about ten minutes to achieve a smooth and non-sticky dough. 3) Let rest for 30 minutes in a large bowl covered with a damp cloth. 4) Knead the dough again to gently knead out the excess air formed during rising. 5) Cover the dough again and let it rise at a temperature of at least 20 °C for at least 2 hours. 6) Place in a preheated oven (220-230°C) for about 45 minutes.
