Is your order not quite what you expected? No problem, returning is easy within 14 days via your account.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to register your order for return within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. After registration, you have another 14 days to actually send the package back.

Products must be returned – if possible – in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened or used products, or products without a hygienic seal. 

How does returning work?

1. Log in to your account via: account.biolovers.nl
2. View the order from which you want to return (part of) the products.
3. Click on "Request return" and follow the instructions.
4. After approval, you will receive return instructions with shipping information via email.

Return costs

The costs for returning are at your own expense and amount to €4.95.
Returning is easy via PostNL, without having to pay when dropping it off. We use a reply number, so you don't need to buy or print a shipping label. The return costs of €4.95 will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Refund

As soon as we receive your return in good condition and have checked it, we will process your refund within 14 days. The purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used to check out.

Have you chosen to pay later? Then the payment obligation for the returned product is waived.
