Alfytal MultiMin bone formula with vit. D3 and K2
A multi-mineral with all necessary substances for the maintenance of bone tissue. With the help of vitamin K2 (Mena Q-7), the protein osteocalcin can bind to calcium in the bone. This effective form of vitamin K is derived from natto, a fermented Japanese soy product. Therefore, it is not necessary to use additional vitamin K alongside MultiMin Bone.

Precaution:
Although the amount of vitamin K2 in this product remains within the permitted amount, it is advisable to monitor coagulation values when using anticoagulant medications (inform the thrombosis service). Consult a doctor before using a product with vitamin K.

MultiMin Bone also contains a high dose of vitamin D3 (from lanolin). Therefore, it is not necessary to take this separately (with 3 caps. per day). Capsules ensure ease of swallowing and good absorption. These may be opened in case of swallowing difficulties. For example, mix with fruit compote or applesauce. Due to the absence of potentially allergenic substances, it is extremely suitable for people with a (food) allergy.

Ingredients
Minerals: Calcium (carbonate/lactate), Magnesium (73% oxide, 27% citrate), Silicon (from bamboo extract 50%), Zinc (gluconate), Boron (sodium tetraborate), Manganese (gluconate), Copper (gluconate), vegetarian capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, betaine HCl, vitamin K2 from natto (fermented SOY), vitamin D3 from lanolin, Arabic gum, sunflower oil, ascorbyl palmitate.

Usage
2 to 3 capsules daily with a meal, unless otherwise prescribed. This is a modular product that fits into the Alfytal module supplementation line, but can also be used independently. The modular structure of this series of supplements limits unwanted overlaps. In case of illness, medication use, pregnancy, or lactation, consult a specialist before use. Not suitable for children under 10 years.

See warning regarding anticoagulants:
If using anticoagulants such as coumarin derivatives, consult a doctor before using a supplement with vitamin K2.
