Omega-Fish 1000 is a pure, unprocessed form of fish oil which is an important source of omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-Fish 1000 contains natural triglycerides (tg) and not the artificially obtained ethyl esters that are often found in fish oil products with an increased percentage of omega-3 fatty acids. These ethyl esters are foreign to the body and must first be converted back into the usable triglycerides or free fatty acids. A small amount of vitamin E has been added as an antioxidant. When consuming large amounts of fatty fish and fish oil, it is advisable to use an antioxidant formula such as Oxi-Protector (Medium). Polyunsaturated fatty acids have a tendency to oxidize quickly (become rancid). This can negate the health benefits of fish oil.

The Label Reference Intake Value for omega-3 fatty acids EPA/DHA proposed by EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) is 250 mg.

Ingredients
FISH OIL, softgel capsule: gelatin, glycerin, purified water, Antioxidant: natural vitamin E.

Usage
1 to 3 softgels daily with a meal, unless otherwise prescribed. Burps can usually be avoided by taking the fish oil during the meal, so it is effectively wrapped by the food. Never take with lukewarm or hot liquid. Store dry and cool.
Packaging contains a desiccant - not for consumption.

Storage instructions
Not suitable for children under 10 years.
