OPC-Quatro contains four naturally standardized plant extracts that together form a rich source of polyphenols. OPC-Quatro can be used alongside the Alfytal Oxi-Protector (there are no overlaps), but can also be used independently. OPC-Quatro is enhanced by the addition of green tea, blueberry, and pomegranate extracts, making it more than just OPC.
Contains no animal ingredients, thus suitable for vegetarians. Easy to swallow capsule. Contents can be removed from the capsule.

Composition

Green tea (Camellia Sinensis), standardized to at least 50% tea polyphenols, 35% catechins, 15% EGCG (epi-gallo-catechin-gallate)	400 mg	-
Grape seed extract (Vitis Vinifera) / OPC, standardized to 95% proanthocyanidins	100 mg	-
Blueberry (Vaccinum Myrtillus), standardized to 5% anthocyanidins	100 mg	-
Pomegranate (Punica Granatum), standardized to 40% ellagic acid	100 mg	-

Ingredients
Green tea extract, Vegetarian capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Grape seed extract, Blueberry extract, Pomegranate extract, Natural filler: amylum solani (potato starch), Anti-caking agents: tricalcium phosphate, oleum helianthus solani annuum (sunflower oil).

Use
1-2 capsules daily with a meal, unless otherwise prescribed.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Contains Caffeine <16 mg, EGCG 58 mg. Do not use if green tea is consumed on the same day.

There may be interactions with the medications Nadolol and Buspirone. There may also be an interaction with folic acid (only relevant at high dosages).
