Fenugreek contains 50% saponins	185 mg
Garlic contains 8.25 mg allicin	165 mg
Ginger 4:1 extract	140 mg
Red yeast rice	135 mg

Green tea contains 98% polyphenols, 80% catechins and 50% EGCG	135 mg
Guggul	90 mg
Cinnamon 4:1 extract	70 mg

Ingredients
Fenugreek, garlic, ginger, red yeast rice (2% monacoline K), green tea, guggul, cinnamon, vegetable capsule (HPMC).

Usage
2 Capsules, preferably taken in the evening during or after a meal, with sufficient water. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Adhere to the recommended dosage unless otherwise advised by a doctor or therapist. Consult a doctor or specialist before use in case of illness and/or medication use.

Contains green tea extract. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years and adults over 70 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or while using cholesterol-lowering medications or other products with red yeast rice.
