Ingredients
Ascorbyl palmitate; gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; taurine; L-methionine; filler: microcrystalline cellulose; ginkgo extract (Ginkgo biloba 7 %); zinc citrate; maltodextrin; stabilizer: ethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; glazing agent: magnesium stearate; pyridoxine HCl; thiamine mononitrate; riboflavin; coloring agent: copper chlorophyllin; cyanocobalamin; black pepper extract (Piper nigrum) (0.05 %); pteroylmonoglutamic acid.

Usage
Adults and children from 12 years: 2 x 1 capsule per day.
Do not use for longer than 4 to 6 weeks (during periods of increased intellectual activity, e.g., exams).
