Ingredients
Herbs (Birch (Betula Platyphylla Suk), Sea Buckthorn (Hippophae Thamnoides), Hawthorn (Crataegus Oxyacantha), Rhubarb (Rheum palmatum L.), Senna extract (Cassia angustifolia Vahl), Caraway oil (Carum Carvi L.)), Fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), stabilizers (polyvinylpyrrolidone, magnesium salt of fatty acids).

Usage
For sleep, take 1 or 2 tablets as needed with lukewarm water. Do not use for more than 10 consecutive days.

Not suitable for children under 15 years.
Not suitable for pregnancy (wish) and/or breastfeeding or gastrointestinal conditions.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry, and closed place, out of reach and sight of young children.
