Krill (plankton, Euphausia superba) are small shrimp-like creatures, caught in the pure waters of the South Pole, and are a primary food source for whales. The capsules consist of 100% pure krill oil and are free from harmful amounts of mercury, heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins, and trans fats, as krill are at the bottom of the food chain and have a short lifespan. Additionally, krill oil does not cause burping, which can sometimes occur with fish oil.

KRILL OIL (shellfish) (of which total phospholipids), phosphatidylcholine, lysophosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, total omega 3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), omega 6 fatty acids, omega 9 fatty acids, astaxanthin, FISH GELATIN (capsule shell).

Usage
The maximum dosage is 3 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised.
If you are using anticoagulant medication (blood thinners), you should consult a specialist before use.

Storage instructions
Always close the bag tightly, protect it from sunlight, and store it below 25 degrees to prevent discoloration or sticking.
