Lucovitaal Electrolytes Post workout is an electrolyte solution (Magnesium, Calcium, Sodium). Also contains Vitamin C and Zinc. Use of this product is recommended after intense training.

Ingredients
Sucrose, HMB, Magnesium, Sodium, Acid regulator (Citric acid), Sweeteners (Isomalt, Sucralose), Calcium, Flavorings (Mango flavor, Malic acid, Passion fruit flavor), Potassium, Vitamin C, Turmeric, Anti-caking agent (Colloidal anhydrous silica), Zinc.

Usage
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 200 ml of water. Preferably consume within 30 minutes after training. Follow this with a protein- and carbohydrate-rich meal. On an intensive training day, the dosage can be increased to a maximum of 2 sachets per day. Also suitable for rest days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Not to be used in case of bile duct disorders, pregnancy, or lactation.
