Super Fish Oil Omega 3 contains not only a high dosage of Omega 3 but also Omega 6 and Vitamin E.

The Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are good for the heart (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA).
Moreover, DHA is good for brain function and vision (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA).
Vitamin E helps protect healthy body cells.
