Lucovitaal Magnesium Night is a combination of Magnesium, L-Tryptophan, and Sleepyhead. Take Magnesium Night before going to sleep. Due to the special 'time release' technology, the product is gradually released.

The product contains 2 forms of Magnesium: citrate and bisglycinate. These forms of Magnesium have high bioavailability, meaning that the substances are well absorbed.

Ingredients
Magnesium, Filler (Microcrystalline cellulose), Thickening agent (Hydroxypropylcellulose), Tryptophan, Anti-caking agents (Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Coating (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Silicon dioxide), Sleep aid.

Usage
Take 2 tablets with plenty of water 30 to 60 minutes before going to bed. Preferably take them at the same time each day.

This product may have a laxative effect. This product is not suitable for children under 12 years. Keep out of reach of young children.
