The Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids capsules contain no salt and no sugars have been added. The capsules contain no other allergens besides soy, fish, and lactose.

The capsules can be opened and mixed into, for example, yogurt.

- EPA and DHA have a positive contribution to the normal function of the heart
- DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function

Composition

Composition per daily dosage of 2 capsules
Concentrate of 22.5% fish fatty acids	890 mg
Of which:
Omega 3 (11% EPA = 22 mg, 8% DHA = 16 mg)	200 mg
Concentrate of borage oil	110 mg - 4% oleic acid = 4 mg Omega 9
Of which:
Omega 6: 9% GLA + 39% LA	52 mg
Omega 9 4% oleic acid	4 mg
EPA = eicosapentaenoic acid DHA = docosahexaenoic acid GLA = gamma-linolenic acid LA = linoleic acid

 

Ingredients
FISH fatty acids concentrate (contains SOY, MILK, LACTOSE, Beef gelatin, Borage oil, Fillers (Potato starch, Talc), Anti-caking agent (Silicon dioxide), Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol acetate).

Usage
Take two capsules once a day with plenty of water or open and mix with, for example, yogurt or juice.

Storage instructions
Store dry, closed, and at room temperature.
