Usage
Dissolve 10 grams of Collagen AlkaGreens powder (1 generous scoop) in water, fruit juice, or mix into a SuperSmoothie 1-3 times daily.
Preferably take half an hour before meals.

Matcha contains caffeine, not suitable for children and pregnant women.

Ashwagandha:
Caution when using thyroid medications.
Insufficient data is known about use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
