Ingredients
Carrier substance: microcrystalline cellulose, beta-glucans from yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), quercetin, carrier substance: hydroxypropyl cellulose, green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze), carrier substance: polyvinylpyrrolidone, zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), L-selenomethionine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Usage
1 tablet per day.
Contains 15 mg of zinc: intake should be limited to a few weeks/months.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
