Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in natural ratios (3:2).
With 10 mg of vitamin E as an antioxidant to prevent oxidation of the fatty acids.
One gram of fish oil per softgel capsule.

EPA and DHA are good for the heart; this beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
One capsule contains 300 mg EPA and DHA.
