Gebruik
Laat 1 nacht weken. Spoel af, doe in een pan met koud water, breng 2 min. aan de kook en giet daarna af (deze stap helpt de bonen beter verteerbaar te maken).
Kook vervolgens verder, afgedekt, in een ruime hoeveelheid water gedurende 40 tot 60 min.
Je kunt eventueel kruiden of kombu-zeewier aan het kookwater toevoegen. Warm eten als bijgerecht of koud in een salade.
