Terranova Fermented Mushroom Complex provides a complete mushroom complex that offers all the important compounds found in both the mycelia and the fruiting bodies. Each capsule contains 300mg of fermented and 100mg of freeze-dried mushroom blend. This formulation also includes freeze-dried ginger to support the bioavailability of the fungal compounds in the mushrooms.

CORDYCEPS MUSHROOM has long been known for its powerful health-promoting properties. Cordyceps is rich in antioxidants, enzymes, and vitamins and is used in traditional Chinese medicine for various health systems.

MAITAKE MUSHROOM is rich in polysaccharides known as beta-glucans. These have been the subject of numerous studies. Although this group of polysaccharides is abundantly present in certain other types of fungi and plants, maitake beta-glucans may be the most researched to date.

REISHI MUSHROOM, often referred to as the 'mushroom of immortality', has been used for thousands of years in the Eastern world, especially in China and Japan. Numerous scientific studies have analyzed the bioactive compounds in reishi mushrooms and have found over 400 compounds in the fruiting body, mycelia, and spores.

CHAGA MUSHROOM contains active ingredients that include a combination of triterpenes, such as betulinic acid, sterols, and polysaccharides. Chaga has been the subject of numerous scientific studies.

SHIITAKE MUSHROOM is a rich source of the polysaccharide lentinan and is the richest known source of the powerful antioxidant l-ergothioneine. It is also rich in eritadenine.
