Usage
As a dietary supplement for children aged 4-12 years, take 2 capsules per day with a meal. For children who cannot swallow capsules, the contents can be mixed with juice, a smoothie, or yogurt. Do not exceed the indicated dose unless prescribed by a specialist.

This product contains iron which, if taken in excess, can be harmful to very young children.
