Terranova Living Multivitamin Sport contains a wide range of micronutrients in dosages that are particularly relevant for those sports. It also offers an intense synergistic MAGNIFOOD COMPLEX that contains powerful active botanical compounds.

Manganese and zinc are provided as bisglycinate chelates using
Albion Lab's TRAACS™. TRAACS™ stands for The Real Amino Acid Chelate System and is Albion™ Human Nutrition's brand name for a range of its
exclusive patented products. The name TRAACS™ has emerged from many years of extensive research and reflects the unique technology that ensures minerals are easily digestible, well absorbed, stable, and well tolerated.

IRON is provided in the form of iron bisglycinate chelate (Ferrochel™)

Terranova’s ingredients mainly come from the certified farm; Eclectic Institute. Here, the ingredients are hand-harvested at peak levels, and then freeze-dried. Peak level means that plants are fully mature before they are harvested. This is done by hand, so the plants remain intact and are not damaged by machines. The plants are then freeze-dried within the hour. This means that all liquids, the water, are sublimated out. This way, only the complex structure of the plant remains, including vitamins and minerals. Usage
As a dietary supplement for adults: take 1 to 3 capsules per day with a meal.

Contains astaxanthin. Not suitable for children under 14 years. Do not use in combination with other astaxanthin-containing products.
