The iron in Terranova Living Multivitamin is in the form of iron bisglycinate chelate (Ferrochel™), an effective form of iron that is exceptionally well tolerated by the gastrointestinal tract. Terranova’s ingredients mainly come from the certified farm; Eclectic Institute. Here, the ingredients are hand-harvested at peak levels, to then be freeze-dried. Peak level means that plants are fully grown before they are taken from the land. This is done by hand, so that the plants remain intact and are not damaged by machines. The plants are then freeze-dried within the hour. This means that all liquids, the water, are sublimated out. This way, only the complex structure of the plant remains, thus with vitamins and minerals.
