Hiziki is a seaweed with a black color and a delicious, slightly firm bite. Hiziki grows in water at a depth of 1 to 2 meters on rocky bottoms. Hiziki is carefully hand-harvested and dried in the sun. Hiziki is delightful as a side dish or in a salad and becomes even tastier when you add shoyu and mirin.

Usage
