What's the difference between amber rich taste (grade A) and dark robust taste (grade C)? Grade C is darker brown and has a more intense, caramel-like maple flavor. Liquid 'gold'!

Usage
Replace wet sugars, such as honey and agave syrup, 1 to 1 with maple syrup.
