Ingredients
Magnesium (bisglycinate), Magnesium (malate), Magnesium (tri-magnesium dicitrate), L-Taurine, microcrystalline cellulose (filler), HPMC (coating), Zinc (bisglycinate), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), magnesium salts of natural fatty acids (anti-caking agent), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), Vitamin B12 (adenosylcobalamin).

Usage
Take 1 to 2 tablets per day. Adhere to the recommended dosage.

Not suitable for children up to and including 3 years.

Storage instructions
Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (15-25°C). Keep out of reach and sight of young children.
