Zeeuwsche Zoute 100% Wakame is een heerlijke zoutvervanger voor wanneer je met minder zout wil koken. Het Wakame zeewier is afkomstig uit de Oosterschelde en wordt gewonnen door De Zeeuwse Zeewierhandel. Proef door middel van de 100% Wakame de smaak van de Oosterschelde. Zeeuwsche Zoute 100% Wakame geeft een onverwachte smaakboost, bijvoorbeeld aan wokgerechten of bij groenten.
Wakame heeft naar verhouding veel mineralen in zich en kan een bron zijn van Magnesium, Potassium en Calcium
