Use
Solid cleansing gel with aloe vera: Lather the cleansing gel block between your hands and then gently apply it to damp skin.

Solid toothpaste, fluoride-free but with antibacterial rosemary and sage: Brush your teeth for 3 minutes with a damp toothbrush and rinse.
