Bifidobacterium longum	0,06 x 109 KVE
inulin powder	400 mg

KVE=colony forming unit
1 capsule contains 1 billion live bacteria

Usage
As a course: take 1 capsule once a day with plenty of water for 1 month.
Maximum 3 capsules per day.
Children 6-12 years: half dosage.
