The lens design is exceptionally thin, providing a remarkably natural feel on the eye. The slowly released packaging solution envelops the lenses with a cushion of moisture – keeping your lenses and thus your eyes comfortable until the end of the day.

What this product is used for
The Bausch + Lomb soft daily lens is indicated for daily use and correction of refractive ametropia (myopia and hyperopia) and reduction of spherical aberration in people with and/or without aphakia without eye disease, with astigmatism of 2.00 diopters or less, which does not disturb visual acuity. The lens can be prescribed for spherical powers between +20.00D and -20.00D.

Instructions for use
Before touching the lenses, always wash and dry your hands thoroughly. Avoid using perfumed or medical soap. Place the lens in the palm of your hand. Ensure that the lens is facing the right way out. Check the lens before inserting it. Do not insert it if it is damaged or if there are visible scratches. To remove the lenses, first wash and dry your hands. Use your fingers to slide the lens down to the white of the eye and then take the lens out. Use contact lens solution if it is difficult to remove the lens. Always dispose of the lens after removal.

Contraindications
• In case of allergy, inflammation, infection, irritation, or redness in or around the eyes
• Dry eyes (insufficient tear fluid)
• In case of eye disease, injury (e.g., corneal damage), or condition affecting the cornea, conjunctiva, or eyelids
• Reduced sensitivity of the cornea
• A systemic disease or poor health (e.g., cold or flu) that may affect the eye or that may be
aggravated by wearing contact lenses
• Allergic reaction of eye surfaces or surrounding tissue that may be caused or aggravated by the
wearing contact lenses
• Active corneal infection (bacterial, fungal, or viral)
• Patients who do not want or cannot follow warnings, precautions, restrictions, or instructions
can understand
• Use of medications that are contraindicated for wearing contact lenses
• Previous medical procedures that may adversely affect the use of the device

Ingredients
Contact lenses (59% water) in a borate-buffered saline solution

Warnings
Problems with contact lenses can lead to serious injury to your eye or to severe eye infections, including
corneal inflammation or keratitis. It is essential that you follow the instructions of your eye doctor or optician and all instructions on the
labels for the correct use of the lenses. Make sure you are aware of the following warnings and
discuss them thoroughly with your eye doctor or optician:
• Your wearing restrictions, wearing schedule, replacement period, and follow-up visit schedule must be strictly followed.
Eye problems, including corneal ulcers, can develop rapidly and may lead to loss of the
vision (including blindness) lead.
• Daily lenses are not intended to be worn at night and should not be retained during the
sleeping. Clinical studies have shown that the risk of serious negative side effects increases when
these lenses are worn at night.
• Studies have shown that contact lens wearers who also smoke experience more side effects than
non-smokers.
• Reusing daily lenses for single use can lead to lens changes that cause discomfort and poor vision
may cause.
• If you experience discomfort in the eye, excessive tearing, changes in your vision, or redness of the eye, you should
remove lenses immediately and contact your eye doctor or optician directly.
• Do NOT use the lens if the packaging is damaged or unintentionally opened.
• DO NOT expose contact lenses to non-sterile water (e.g. tap water) while wearing them. Water can contain microorganisms that can lead to serious infection and loss of vision (including
blindness). If your lenses have been submerged in water while swimming in pools, lakes, or
oceans, dispose of them and replace them with a new pair.

Side effects
NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS (PROBLEMS, AND WHAT TO DO)
Please note that the following issues may occur:
• Stinging, burning, itchy eyes (irritation) or other pain in the eye
• Less comfortable feeling than the first time the lens was placed on the eye
• Abnormal sensation of something in the eye (e.g., foreign body, scratches)
• Excessive eye moisture (tears) in the eyes or unusual eye discharge
• Red eyes
• Reduced visual acuity (poor vision)
• Blurred vision, halos or rings around objects
• Sensitivity to light (photophobia)
• Dry eyes
If you notice any of the above, YOU MUST REMOVE YOUR LENSES IMMEDIATELY.
• If the discomfort or problem subsides, take a good look at the lens. If the lens is damaged in any way, do NOT use it in your eye anymore. You must discard the lens and insert a new one. If the problem persists, you should remove the lens immediately and consult your ophthalmologist or optician.
• If any of the above symptoms occur, there may be a serious condition, including an infection, corneal ulcer, neovascularization or vascular growth, or iritis. You should remove the lens from your eye
obtain and seek immediate professional advice regarding the issue. This should be done quickly to prevent serious eye injury.

Storage advice
These daily lenses should not be stored at a temperature lower than 1°C (34°F)
