Ingredients
N-acetyl-L-cysteine, glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, elderberry extract (Sambucus nigra), reduced L-glutathione, zinc citrate, retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, menaquinone (vitamin K), pyridoxal-5"-phosphate (vitamin B6), riboflavin-5"-phosphate, sodium (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), potassium iodide, L-selenomethionine, phylloquinone (phytomenadione) (vitamin K), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), cholecalciferol (vitamin D).

Usage
Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water (250 ml) at breakfast.
