Usage
1 capsule per day, in the morning with a meal.
Storage instructions
According to medical advice when exceeding the RI in cumulative doses.
Not recommended for children, pregnant women, or women who are breastfeeding and those on blood pressure-lowering medication.
People with urinary stones and those with diseases where iron accumulates in the body (such as hemochromatosis, sickle cell disease, or thalassemia) should not take high doses of vitamin C (more than 1 g/day) for extended periods.
