Storage advice
Because the dried root of black cohosh contains tannins, iron supplements should be taken at a different time than tannin-containing products. Ashwagandha should not be used in hemochromatosis. According to medical advice when using antidepressants, blood pressure-lowering medications, diabetes medication, or immunosuppressants. Consult your doctor about use and duration of use. Do not use in case of liver diseases. Not recommended in case of known cross-allergies, particularly to plants of the Asteraceae family.
