Usage
2 capsules per day taken with food, 1 at breakfast, 1 at lunch, or as professionally prescribed.

Storage instructions

If you are using anticoagulants, use this product only on the advice of a doctor.
Long-term intake of amounts exceeding 10 mg of vitamin B6 per day may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
