Pumpkin seed oil (Cucurbita pepo L.), gelatin, humectant: glycerol, nettle extract (Urtica dioica L., Urtica urens L.), minerals, sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus), plant sterols (4.3%), cat's whiskers extract (Orthosiphon stamineus Benth.), water, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, glazing agent: beeswax, pale coneflower extract (Echinacea pallida), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, vitamin E, coloring agent: iron oxide, saw palmetto extract (Serenoa repens).
Usage
Adult men: Take 1 capsule with water 3 times daily before meals for at least 1 month.
After 1 month, you may switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule 1-2 times daily.
Minimum recommended duration of use: 2-3 months.
If you have a sensitive stomach, it is advisable to take the capsule during meals.
Avoid consumption of more than 3 grams of added plant sterols per day.
This product is not intended for individuals who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels.
If you are using cholesterol-lowering medications, use this product only under the supervision of a doctor.
Regularly consume vegetables and fruits to maintain carotenoid levels.
