Ingredients
filler: microcrystalline cellulose; vitamins (C, E, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, A, riboflavin, thiamine, D, B12, folic acid, biotin); magnesium oxide; sodium molybdate; zinc citrate; iron fumarate; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, hydroxypropyl cellulose, talc; beta-carotene; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium carbonate; colorants: calcium carbonate, iron oxide; copper citrate; manganese citrate; triglycerides; chromium picolinate; potassium iodide; sodium selenite.

Use
Adults and children from 6 years: 1 tablet per day. To be taken with some water or fruit juice.

Storage instructions
Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Pregnant women: do not exceed the recommended amount of vitamin A. Intake should be limited to a few weeks/months.
