Ingredients
L-methionine; horsetail (Equisetum arvense) (18 %); gelling agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; L-cystine; L-cysteine HCl; lithothamnium (CRUSTACEANS) (6 %); zinc citrate; anti-caking agents: hydroxypropylcellulose, silicon dioxide; glazing agent: magnesium stearate; fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate; nicotinamide; calcium pantothenate; pyridoxine HCl; thiamine nitrate; riboflavin; cyanocobalamin; black pepper extract (0.03 %); pteroylmonoglutamic acid; biotin; coloring agent: copper chlorophyllin.

Usage
Adults: 2 to 3 capsules per day. To be taken with some water or fruit juice.

Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Intake should be limited to a few weeks/months.
