Award-winning professional toothpaste with a healthy naturally sourced fluoride, calcium fluoride. bluem® toothpaste contains active oxygen from, among other things, honey, as well as xylitol and lactoferrin to optimally care for teeth daily. It aligns with bluem®'s philosophy to offer a product as natural as possible. That is why we have chosen a fluoride variant that also occurs in nature: calcium fluoride. Instead of the commonly used chemical variant sodium fluoride or stannous fluoride.
This toothpaste was previously called 'perio care'. There are still packages with perio care in circulation.

Usage
Use bluem® toothpaste every day like a regular toothpaste. Brush at least twice a day with a soft toothbrush for the best results. To remove all plaque, the toothbrush must be used at the correct angle. Brush for at least two minutes, be gentle on teeth and gums as they are living tissues. Always handle the soft tissues in the mouth with care. Dr. Blijdorp recommends brushing after every meal with his unique formula based on active oxygen.

For children under 6 years, use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to minimize swallowing.
If fluoride from another source is used, consult a dentist.

Storage advice
Store closed, out of reach of children.
After opening, 12 months shelf life.

Milk protein allergy: our toothpastes contain lactoferrin that is made in a factory where lactose is also produced. This may contain traces of lactose. Since only a very low % of lactoferrin has been added, this poses no risk for users who are lactose intolerant. We have not heard of any allergic reactions so far, but if you are very allergic to lactose (milk sugar) or cow's milk protein, please be cautious!
