Bountiful Whole Flaxseed

Bountiful Whole Flaxseed

Flaxseed can be used in many dishes. The whole unbroken variety is of better quality than the broken one, as the oxidation process has not affected the product. Ground flaxseed is better absorbed by the body than whole flaxseed. Grind/break flaxseed just before use.

Flaxseed is high in fiber.

Flaxseed can be added to muesli and can be used in bread, cookies, or muffins, but also in a pizza base. You can sprinkle it over a salad or even mix a little flaxseed with cooked rice (add after cooking). The possibilities with flaxseed are endless.
