Ingredients
Folic acid, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), N-Acetyl L-cysteine, L-Histidine (L-Histidine HCI), Iron (Iron bisglycinate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5-phosphate), Excipients: Filler (Cellulose), anti-caking agent (Vegetarian magnesium stearate), anti-caking agent (Silica).

Usage
1 tablet per day, preferably taken during a meal with sufficient antioxidant-rich foods

Do not take simultaneously with caffeinated beverages (coffee, tea) or chocolate, milk, phytan-rich products.

Iron supplementation is safe at the indicated dosages for a limited time (until the iron deficiency is resolved). A prolonged excessive intake of iron can be harmful to health and should be avoided.
