Omschrijving
Deltas The 12 laws of karma
We often hear the phrase "that's karma". But do we actually understand what that means? Some people associate karma with fate, while from a spiritual perspective, it is a path of liberation that we can actively pursue. This book presents techniques - reflections, meditations, and yoga poses - that open new insights to "improve" our karma and free ourselves from it. What must we do to plant seeds of deep satisfaction for ourselves and for others? Genuine understanding and real change are only possible if we commit to changing our relationship with ourselves and the world.
Sandy Hinzelin is a doctor of philosophy and a yoga teacher. She presents the 12 laws according to the principles of Tibetan Buddhism and yoga. The photos by Anaka support the meditations and provide a sensitive access to understanding the 12 laws of karma.
