Magnesium bisglycinate, capsule (hypromellose), calcium ascorbate, choline bitartrate, zinc picolinate, calcium pantothenate, inositol, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate and talc), natural D-alpha tocopherol succinate, inositol hexanicotinate, betaine HCL, nicotinamide, ascorbyl palmitate, thiamine hydrochloride, coenzyme Q10, N,N dimethylglycine, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, retinyl palmitate, sodium riboflavin phosphate, pantethine, grape seed extract, boric acid, chromium picolinate, biotin, folic acid, sodium selenite, sodium molybdate, methylcobalamin, dibencozide coenzyme B12, and cholecalciferol

Usage
Adults and children from 12 years: 1 capsule per day.
Children aged 4 to 12 years: 1 capsule every other day.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years. Take the capsule with sufficient water, preferably after a meal. Other dosages according to the advice of a specialist (doctor or therapist). Stick to the recommended dosage.

Storage instructions
Store at room temperature (15-25 ºC) in a dry and dark place. Because the formula consists of natural raw materials, you may notice a slight color difference between the capsules. Always keep out of reach and sight of young children!
