Ingredients
MILK protein concentrate (contains 80% casein, 20% whey), EGG albumin, whey protein (concentrate and isolate) (from MILK), flavoring with strawberry taste, choline bitartrate, vitamins (vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), biotin (D-biotin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin D (ergocalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin K (phylloquinone), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), coloring (beet red), L-carnitine-L-tartrate, emulsifier (lecithins (sunflower)), green tea extract (contains 50% polyphenols, 15% EGCG), sweetener (sucralose), chromium picolinate.

Use
Dosage: 1 leveled scoop (22 grams).
Dissolve the contents of a leveled scoop (22 grams) in 200-300 ml of water, skimmed milk, or in low-fat yogurt.
Take two shakes per day (for example, one in the morning and one at the beginning of the afternoon).

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
