Ingredients
Magnesium ascorbate, Calcium ascorbate, Filler (microcrystalline cellulose), Citrus Bioflavonoids, Binder (vegetable oil (non-GMO)), Plant fibers, Lubricant (vegetable magnesium stearate), Magnesium silicate, Anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Usage
1 to 2 tablets per day.
Maximum 3 tablets per day; during pregnancy a maximum of 1 tablet per day.
