Ingredients
Magnesium ascorbate, calcium ascorbate, filler (microcrystalline cellulose, plant fibers), citrus bioflavonoids, binding agent (vegetable oil (non-GMO)), lubricant (magnesium stearate, magnesium silicate), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Usage
1 to 2 tablets per day.
A maximum of 6 tablets per day.
During pregnancy, a maximum of 2 tablets per day.
