Ingredients
Whey protein isolate 92 % (MILK), cocoa powder (highly defatted), emulsifier (lecithins (sunflower, SOY*)), flavoring, salt, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides from Stevia).

Usage
Mix 30 grams of powder with 200 ml of water in a shaker for one serving. You can also use milk or a plant-based drink, but keep in mind that the nutritional values will change somewhat.

Recommendation
We recommend consuming one to three servings of Iso Whey Protein per day, for example after waking up, after or during training, or just as a snack.

You can also use our Iso Whey Protein to refine your porridge or for baking: Replace one third of the flour with our Iso Whey Protein to give your baked goods an incomparably delicious taste and protein power.

Consume 1.5 g to 2 g of protein per kg of body weight daily.
