Ingredients

Usage
Dissolve a full scoop (21.5 grams) in a glass of water. Preferably use a shaker for the best results.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
