Multi Health Sport is a complete formula of very high quality. Just like all of Fittergy's multis, a variety of active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12, and folic acid) and well-absorbed ingredients such as magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate, and iron bisglycinate have been chosen. The multivitamin formulas from Fittergy also contain a tocopherol mix of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocopherols. Usage
Take 1 tablet per day.

This product is not suitable for children up to and including 1 year.
Consult a specialist before using a vitamin K2 supplement if you are using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol, and fenprocoumon).
