Use
As a dietary supplement or maintenance dosage:
Take 3 times a day 2 tablets before meals with sufficient water.
As daily dosage:
day 1: 3 times a day 2 tablets before meals,
day 2: 3 times a day 3 tablets,
day 3: 3 times a day 4 tablets,
day 4: 3 times a day 6 tablets.
Use this dosage for as long as you need it. Then gradually reduce the dosage to a daily use of 3 times a day 2 tablets.

Storage instructions
After use, store this product in a dark place, tightly closed, at room temperature.
