Dosage/use
HGX "wasp spray" is intended for spraying cracks, seams, and other places where wasps hide.
Do not apply in areas accessible to children aged 0 to 4 years. Small children can ingest the insecticide through hand-mouth contact. This can pose health risks.
Also in the weeks after spraying, as the product remains effective on the treated areas for several weeks.
Also, do not apply in places where food is prepared and in appliances for food preparation.
Also, do not apply to surfaces (such as hard floors or countertops) that are cleaned with water that is (indirectly) discharged into surface water, to protect aquatic organisms.
Hanging nests indoors and nests in cavity walls:
To combat the wasps, the nesting entrances, usually located at the bottom of the nest, and the inside of the nest should be sprayed thoroughly. This treatment should be carried out in the evening, when all wasps are in the nest and the chance of stinging wasps flying around is minimized.
Cover the ground under the nest before treating a wasp nest.
Dispose of this used covering material and, if possible, the treated nest
with the residual waste.
It is recommended to consult a professional pest controller in case of large or hard-to-reach or remove nests.
